Intraoral Installation Steps
1. Bent Support frame with both hands, put the mouth opener on both sides of the patient’s lips, and slightly adjust the device.
2. Guide client to tongue into Tongue Guard and relax. When the tongue is relaxed, push the tongue block until the saliva suction pipe reaches the position behind the molars.
3. Adjust the tightness of the suction pipe to make it relax naturally behind the retaining column and in the Y-shaped tube holder on both sides of support frame.
4. Insert the Y-shape into the suction pipe of the dental chair.
♦Before operation, dentists need to put the retarctors on both sides of patient’s lips to maintain the mouth opening so that patient will not feel too tired. Meanwhile the tongue guard can effectively restrict the activities of the tongue.
♦The mouth bottom is just below the suction area, which can maximize the absorption of the saliva and prevent moisture.
♦ This product can create a relatively dry environment for dentists. It’s mainly used for orthodontic treatment.
